Nearly but not quite
I used this product a few times, it gets rid of the stains ok, but there is a slight discolouration in the material afterwards.

Matic toilet rolls are a great solution for high usage areas such as pubs, schools and offices .Fitted with spindles that enable the rolls to slide down into the unit, one on top of the other. As one roll is used, the split core can be easily broken and extracted, allowing the next roll to drop down. The unit is lockable, so the rolls cannot be pilfered.The rolls will also work in Corermatic and Espritmatic dispensers. 100 metres per roll. 2ply. Roll width: 100mm.
